Adult group - how it started
It started when we had a competition, and some older people came and were enthusiastic . They wanted to establish a group - and since then this special group exists and works out twice a week, 90 minutes each time . They also compete - and enjoy the races ! The work is primarily on balance, fitness , posture , flexibility and aerobic / anaerobic . Add to that our trainers and Taekwondo self-defense and weapons that combination is quite interesting . In short - we hope to see you ! And that's what I'll add - practicing also incluses several girls / women from the religious / haredi ... and it's amazing !!
