Youth - from seventh grade up to and including 12th - Preparation for junior high school and high school studies , the IDF - they all go through us
Even children aged 2.5 to sixth grade practice with us - it gives confidence , flexibility , fitness and endurance . We work a lot on human dignity and discipline and we all help each other . Remember, we all need each other to advance. No one is an island.
